A further, developmental activity with questions and answers from 5B was distributed and discussed. We further practiced our vocabulary by listening to and completing "Writing Audio and Video" workbook, page 101, activity 6. Class ended with students completing an exit pass about the preterite tense.

Phrase of the day: compter sur quelqu'un
Students received two worksheets today, asking them to use certain time conjunctions and to decide whether the subjunctive would be appropriate in a variety of contexts. Students further examined these special words on the two-sided handout that was distributed, and differentiating between ones that use the indicative and those that use the subjunctive.
