Today's phrase of the day was: sintonizar / Gracias por su sintonía.
Students received a much more detailed discussion of QUE and QUIEN, and their variants today in class. We used the text to assist us in doing that. We orally discussed and reviewed text, page 287, A, 289, A, and 290, B. Students were asked to study the text up to page 295 for tomorrow.

Students then developed these skills by saying where they were going to, coming from, and what they were going to do there and what they have already done there. Students ended class by completing the workbook, page 30, the top. Students will study page 70 for homework. STUDENTS WILL HAVE THEIR UNIT ONE TEST NEXT WEDNESDAY.

Period 6 - French 5 AP/GT
Phrase of the day: Allez en ville. / une heure plus tard dans les maritimes
Students worked and honed their skills with the conditional and conditional past today. We warmed up with answering some questions using SI clauses. Students then received a packet about the conditional and conditional past, the use of the verb DEVOIR in different tenses, as well as practicing with these two tenses. Students translated a variety of sentences using the tenses, and comparing how these translations are not necessarily the same as in English. Students will complete a worksheet for tomorrow's class for their home assignment. The first one was done at the end of class as a model. STUDENTS WILL HAVE A TEST NEXT WEDNESDAY ON THE USES OF THE INDICATIVE, SUBJUNCTIVE, FUTURE AND CONDITIONAL, AS WELL AS THE AGREEMENT OF THE PAST PARTICIPLE.
