Period 1 - Spanish 5 AP/GT

Students went into the lab to practice more speaking activities in preparation for the language exam in May.

Periods 2 and 3 - French 2

Students took their quiz on lesson 10 today.

Period 5 - Spanish 3

Students took their test today on chapter 7A/B.

Period 6 - French 5 AP/GT

There was no phrase of the day today.

Students were back in the lab today practicing the speaking part of the exam, using the AP pictures sequences from the 2009 AP exams.

Period 1 - Spanish 5 AP/GT

There was no phrase of the day today. We finished watching the film. We will be in the Dell Lab tomorrow. The test on the play will be either next Wednesday or Thursday.

Periods 2 and 3 - French 2

We watched the video today for lesson 10. We also completed the workbook, activity C.7 on page 95. Students also completed the reading comprehension activity at the back of the chapter for more practice. Students will take their quiz on lesson 10 tomorrow.

Period 5 - Spanish 3

Students played JEOPARDY today to review for the test tomorrow. This test will cover chapters 7A and B (food only).

Period 6 - French 5 AP/GT

There was no phrase of the day today. Students discussed Acts 1 and 2 of Ecole des Femmes. Students handed in their questions from Acts 1 and 2. We will be in the Dell Lab tomorrow, and we will cover Acts 3 and 4 on Monday. Act 5 will be covered on Tuesday.

Period 1 - Spanish 5 AP/GT

There was no phrase of the day today. We watched the first part of the movie La casa de Bernarda Alba. We will continue tomorrow and we will be in the Dell Lab on Friday.

Periods 2 and 3 - French 2

Students received back all of the graded work completed during my absence. All materials were gone over. We will view the video for lesson 10 tomorrow and take the quiz for this lesson on Friday.

Period 5 - Spanish 3

Students received back all of the graded work completed during my absence. All materials were gone over. Students completed a warm up addressing the commands and the "SE" impersonal to start class off. Moreover, the short homework assignments were collected. Students will review for their test tomorrow and take the assessment on Friday.

Period 6 - French 5 AP/GT

There was no phrase of the day today. We spent the day in the Dell Lab. We continued practicing recording and exporting speaking selections to the CHS server. We completed Series 3 of the Picture Sequences from the AP workbook. We will continue discussing Ecole des Femmes tomorrow, Acts 1 through 3.
