Period 1 - Spanish 5 AP/GT
Phrase of the day: estar pagado de sí mismo
Today students continued to work in the AP workbook, in preparation for the AP exam on Tuesday.
Periods 2 and 3 - French 2
Students completed a worksheet today dealing with the placement and usage of pronouns using both the present and passé composé. We focused once again on the agreement of the past participle in the passé composé.
Period 5 - Spanish 3
Students spent their last day in the Media Center continuing to work on and fine tune their travel brochures. These are due on Monday, May 2.
Period 6 - French 5 AP/GT
Phrase of the day: à la belle étoile
Students continued using the AP workbook to prepare for the upcoming AP exam. We completed "Rejoinders" sections 18 and 19, "Dialogue" series 11 and "Function Words" series 5.

Period 1 - Spanish 5 AP/GT
Today's phrase of the day was: ingeniárselas para + inf.
Students listened to "Long Narrative" section 2 today and "Reading Comprehension" section 4.
Periods 2 and 3 - French 2
Students received a worksheet seeing how well they have studied the use of the different object pronouns. Students also listened to the "Video Scene" and completed the True/False questions in the workbook on page 135. Students will study the verb CONNAITRE for tomorrow.
Period 5 - Spanish 3
Students returned to the Media Center today to continue working on their travel brochures. They will return for one more day tomorrow.
Period 6 - French 5 AP/GT
Phrase of the day: C'est un type vachement sympa.
Students completed "Rejoinders" series 17 and "Verbs" section 39.

Period 1 - Spanish 5 AP/GT
There was no phrase of the day today. Students were in the Dell Lab for the last time today before they take the AP exam next Tuesday. They completed "Formal Oral" section 11.
Periods 2 and 3 - French 2
Students got back into things today by reviewing the role of the pronouns studied in lesson 14 and touching on the beginnings of lesson 15.
Period 5 - Spanish 3
Students were in the Media Center today starting their travel brochure projects. These are due next Monday, May 2, 2011.
Period 6 - French 5 AP/GT
There was no phrase of the day today. Students were in the Dell Lab today, completing "Picture Sequence" section 13. They returned to class to complete "Rejoinders" section 16 and "Verbs" section 40.
